  • Eligibility:
    You may return an item within 24 hrs of delivery if:

    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

    • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • Non-returnable Items:
    For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

    • Opened or used products (e.g., tissue papers, garbage bags in use)

    • Custom or bulk orders

    • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Return Process:

    1. Email us at support@sparkora.store within 7 days of delivery.

    2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach a photo if the product is damaged.

    3. Our team will review and guide you through the pickup or return process.

    4. Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged if applicable (based on your location).

  • Refunds are initiated once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, you will be asked to provide bank details or UPI ID for refund processing.

We currently do not offer product exchanges. However, if you received a wrong item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
